From: Kristen Peterson Date: Mon, 23 Nov 2009 18:30:53 -0500 Subject: Outdoor Internships with the Appalachian Mountain Club Hello Outdoor Club Leaders, I wanted to pass on information about 2 great internships at the Appalachian Mountain Club's Youth Opportunities Program (YOP) in Boston, MA. YOP works with urban and at risk youth, as well as trains adult youth workers how to bring youth outdoors. Internships at YOP are offered year round and are great for Jan Term, a semester, a summer or anything in between. A small stipend is available. Attached are 2 internship descriptions, however we are somewhat flexible on the description based on interests or school requirements. Please pass this on to anyone who may be interested.
